Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal to return your order. 

Please contact us at info@odetomilos.com to initiate a return. 

Returns are paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags. No refunds on final sales. We reserve the right to deny a return outside of our guidelines.

Once your return has arrived back to us, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
